Bad advice we give our girls about friendship
You may have discovered this already: friendships are a really big deal for girls. I used to give my daughters unhelpful advice, until friendship skills expert Dana Kerford from URSTRONG set me straight.
We’d like to share the Good Friend Checklist, based on Dana's great work, for you and your daughter to work through together.
The checklist will:
- Show your daughter what qualities to look for in a good friend.
- Help her identify any friendships she currently has that may not be good for her.
- Specify what behaviours and qualities she needs in order to be a good friend.
